These 4 tracts will be sold as individual tracts, or a whole farm option will be offered [which includes all 4 tracts]. These 4 tracts will be added together individually, and the sum of those 4 tracts will need to be $10,000 higher than the sum of the whole farm, to be the winning bidder.
